Emanuel Aiwu: Birmingham City Sign Defender on Loan from Cremonese

Birmingham City have signed defender Emanuel Aiwu on loan from Italian club Cremonese for the rest of the season.

The 23-year-old Austrian has made 14 appearances for Cremonese in Serie B this season, helping the club to fourth in the table.

Aiwu is a versatile defender who can play at center-back or right-back. He is a strong tackler and good in the air.

Aiwu could make his Birmingham City debut in Saturday's Sky Bet Championship match against Huddersfield Town.
